EPECS in brief
EPECS focuses on health and well-being in the EU. We give citizens a voice. Locally, regionally, nationally and within the EU. We do this as a participant in Euroregional projects, European citizens’ networks and as a think tank. By being active in the heart of the EU and its different regions. In this way, we create concrete tools for anyone who wants to work with this theme. This is often expressed in reports. EPECS thinks along and participates!
You as a EU citizen
What experience do you have with cross-border health and welfare services? What about your health insurance if you need to see a doctor in Europe? EPECS is there for you. We offer you a platform and think along with you. With us you can make your voice heard on health and welfare issues.
You as a student
Are you studying Law, European Studies or Public Health? And are you interested in European judgements in the field of healthcare and welfare? Do you want to know more about civic participation or do you want to gain more in-depth knowledge about European healthcare? Are you looking for a subject for your thesis or research? EPECS gladly thinks along with you.
You as a professional or politician
The participation and influence of citizens is indispensable in the creation of policies on health and welfare. Citizen participation, when making new policies and changes to existing policies. How do you do that? EPECS has experience in organising citizen summits and is happy to share that experience with you.
